Need Advice!

Hi everyone,

I need some help. I purchased a 2023 Alfa Romeo Giulia Quadrifoglio from AC Agency(https://acagencyinc.com), but unfortunately, I was involved in an accident during the inspection period, and the car ended up being totaled. Fortunately, it was insured at that time (temporary insurance). I'm curious if the temporary insurance will cover me in this case. Should I reach out to AC Agency or go directly to the insurance company for assistance?

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated!

Their comprehensive insurance policy offers robust protection throughout the inspection period, ensuring your safety and peace of mind, as long as you were not under the influence of alcohol or any other substances at the time. If you find yourself in need of assistance, don't hesitate to reach out to their customer service team to explain your specific situation. They may request that you fill out a detailed form and answer some pertinent questions to assess your case. There's no need to worry, as their insurance coverage has you well-protected during this process.

Didn't mean to write a book. Hope this answered some of your questions.

To clarify, I was completely sober and not under the influence at all. Additionally, the accident was not my responsibility. I have the police reports and have successfully passed all necessary tests. Still, I feel somewhat anxious about this situation since it's my first purchase.

There's no need to worry. You'll receive the amount covered by the insurance, and AC Agency will retain the payment you made. This arrangement ensures that everyone involved will be content—except for the insurance company, of course. It's crucial to reach out to them as soon as possible and avoid any delays.

FerrariFan is right in stating that you will get your funds back. However, any delay might arise from the insurance company's investigation, which usually lasts about a month. If you have a police report, it could help speed things up. It might also be a good idea to seek advice from a lawyer, as having legal representation can often make the process quicker. You may be amazed at how much smoother things can go with a lawyer assisting you.

I appreciate your help! I reached out to AC Agency, explained the situation in detail, filed a report, and submitted the police report. They have informed me that I should be receiving the funds soon. Additionally, I've given them power of attorney to deal with the insurance company for me, so everything is in order. It seems like a simple process. I'm eager to purchase from them again once I receive the funds from the insurance company. Hopefully, it won't take too long, haha. Thanks again for your assistance!

I can't recommend AC Agency enough! We got our 2016 Ferrari 488 GTB from them, and everything went so smoothly—no issues whatsoever!
